Lissa Mann

Originally from Marco Island, Florida, Lissa first joined MDW as an intern during her junior year at Florida State University and returned to the firm full-time as a Digital Strategist after graduating with her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Affairs. While working full-time at MDW, Lissa also earned her master’s degree in American Applied Politics & Public Policy from Florida State University.

Prior to joining MDW, Lissa interned for U.S. House and Senate campaigns in Florida, interned in the Florida Legislature under three different representatives, and worked at one of the largest youth-led political action committees in the state. She also interned on Capitol Hill in Congresswoman Lois Frankel’s office and worked in the social media department at People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.

Lissa now lives in Washington, D.C., but her black Labrador, Ruger, remains in Marco Island, so she still spends plenty of time back in Florida and considers herself a Floridian at heart.
